As a student and teacher of Yoga and meditation, I have dedicated a big part of my life on an inner journey of self-enquiry and understanding. I want to make the practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable, and an integral part of people’s lives. Find out what I can offer
Let me support you in your yoga journey. Whether you want to start practicing yoga or you want develop a solid and consistent practice let me be your mentor and share my knowledge and experience
I took my first yoga class back in 2004, when I was living in London and working as a international lawyer. It immediately captivated me and became a constant in my life balancing off with the many challenges, changes and moves that were happening. When I moved to live in China I was fortunate to deepen my studies and my yoga practice with very respected teachers from India, Kamal Singh, Sunil Sharma and Hemanth Venkataram of Mysore. I started to travel regularly to India and worldwide to deepen my practice and get inspiration from many different well known teachers. While in the beginning I was practicing traditional Hatha yoga and other styles of yoga, I then started to focus more on the Ashtanga Vinyasa method in the tradition of Sri K. Patthabi Jois, which has become my exclusive practice. I have practised and studied with some of the most influential ashtanga yoga teachers of the world: Anthony Prem Carlisi, John Scott, David Swenson, David Williams, Gabriella Pascoli, David Guarrigues, Mark Robberds, and parama Guru Sharath Jois. I am deeply grateful to all of them for shedding new insights and profound inspiration and appreciation for this beautiful system of yoga. Whilst I have completed over 600 hours of teacher training certification programmes endorsed by the Yoga Alliance, it is my regular daily practice my first and foremost teacher to which I have committed for over 15 years. In 2016 I moved to Sardinia and shortly after founded the yoga studio Nurayama, in Alghero, which I have managed since then. In 2018, I began spending more time in Bali, which is now a second home. Teaching yoga and managing my studio and students have become my life mission. I am also a mother of two beautiful boys, whom I consider my most important yoga and life teachers. In sharing my yoga journey through my teachings, I trust you will fell nourished, encouraged and challenged to dive deeper into your self imposed biases and limitations. My approach is caring and soft, but at the same time I encourage my students to move towards self-resilliance and expansion on their journey into self-discovery, acceptance and self-love.
